The Meshs have been in the realty business for a long time, and were able to hold my hand through every step of the process. They are super-personable, mature and conscientious, and laid out a comprehensive plan for getting my house sold. From what to expect during the selling process, to the paperwork needed, to staging my house to maximize profits, they had all the answers. Equally importantly, they put me in contact with their extensive team of professionals that made the selling process so much easier. Lawyers (thanks Dan Green!), contractors, realtors, zoning people, even estate sale pros - they seemingly know everyone! I received 24 (!) bids on my house, which the Meshs helped whittle down to the eventual winner. Theres absolutely no way that I would have been able to handle the mountain of paperwork, showings and realtor correspondence without Harry and Andrea. And they actually made the process enjoyable. One day after going on the market, Harry and Andrea already had worked their magic and received multiple above-asking offers. The home was no longer being shown. However, Andrea spent considerable time asking about what we wanted. It was apparent that both Andrea and Harry were very knowledgeable about the real estate market in that gated-community. They had listed and/or sold dozens of homes there. Andrea set up an automatic email alert as soon as a home came on the market. Without a doubt, her notification system made all the difference in our buying this home. Coincidentally, the day after we closed on the sale of our home of 36 years, I received one of Andreas email alerts that was of particular interest. She immediately responded to my text and made an appointment for us to see the home the very first day it was on the market.The rest was history, but we felt that the Andrea and Harry's knowledge of the market was very helpful in shaping our successful offer. Harry has excellent negotiating skills and was able to keep the deal alive in spite of some complex legal issues.Furthermore, Andrea has developed a list of resources for whatever issue you may have regarding your purchase. I rarely post something like this, but I keep seeing posts from people desperately trying to locate a house in the area to raise their family and I feel for them, especially with interest rates rising. I feel compelled to give a recommendation to my realtors, Andrea and Harry Mesh of 21 Century Action Plus Realty, because they were so good at what they do. I was able to buy a home recently in this market, the home of my dreams and I credit my realtors for making it happen. They also helped me sell my home in Marlboro for top dollar, which should be expected in this market, but they did execute perfectly. Heres my advice. Time is crucial and there are still a ton of buyers making offers on just about every home that goes on the market. There are a million realtors out there and in normal times, most would be adequate. Unfortunately these are NOT normal times, you need someone that knows the area and more importantly, the other realtors. Someone that regularly has listings of their own, sitting on the other side of the table. While its obviously important to have the right offer amount and terms, its even more important to have it delivered by the RIGHT REALTOR. Realtors that have earned the respect of their peers in the area youre looking to buy and are known to bring quality buyers to the table. ZillowVERIFIED Please do not sell (or buy) a house without first talking to these amazing professionals! My recent experience was using Andrea & Harry to sell my mom's home. Although the value was less than the average local home, from their level of attentiveness and responsiveness you would have thought I was selling a million dollar home. They were available anytime and quickly addressed all my concerns. They provide professional referrals (from attorneys to repair people) for anything needed throughout the process which made everything so much easier. Any realtor can list your home/put in offers on your behalf, but this team will expertly guide and handle all issues that arise (and they will arise) until your closing.
