Andrea Loban | Associate Broker. A Minnesota native, Andrea Loban developed her lifelong passion for the outdoors through childhood canoe trips in the Boundary Waters and summers spent near the headwaters of the Mississippi River. After earning her degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she ventured west to Durango, Colorado, and southeastern Oregon, guiding rock climbing, mountaineering, and rafting expeditions. In 1998, Andrea moved to Jackson Hole and began her real estate career in marketing, working alongside a top luxury residential broker. A year later, she and her husband, Jeff, built their home in Victor, Idaho, where they raised their two sons and fully embraced the Teton Valley lifestyle of skiing, biking, and river days just beyond their doorstep. She also coached the local mountain bike team, mentoring young athletes and giving back to the community she calls home. Now with 27 years of real estate experience, Andrea brings refined negotiation skills, strategic market insight, and deep regional knowledge to every transaction.
