Family is at the heart of everything I do. I grew up on a farm in Iowa, where I learned the Midwest values and work ethic that shape both my life and my business. My parents split their time between Iowa and the 55+ community of Sundance in Buckeye Arizona, my younger brother lives in Kansas City (where I met my husband, Geoff), and my older brother, sister-in-law, niece, and nephew live in Peoria, Illinois. Even though we're spread out, we stay closely connected and that same commitment and care is what I bring to every client relationship.

Ron made buying our home easier than we could have expected. We live in Alaska so buying a home in Arizona with limited time to be on the ground made a long list of homes to view. Ron had the homes set up for viewing as soon as we landed. We looked from Surprise to Maricopa and he was ready for action when we landed. He even lined up the homes we needed to view for a second look without delay. Ron was available no matter the ask and didn't hand us off to anyone else on his team. The process of purchasing a new home can be overwhelming. When the process is done long-distance, one can become very apprehensive about the procedure. The Kay-Grant Group, Andrea Lilienfeld and, more specifically, realtor Lucia Pham (a former elementary school student of mine) went out of their way to make me comfortable throughout all steps. Their use of remotely signed electronic documents helped relieve any anxiety I may have had. It did not matter if I was in Phoenix or across country in North Carolina, I was provided with all the necessary instructions I needed to complete a remote purchase. From the first step of searching for the specific type of property I wanted, Lucia made sure her suggestions matched my wants. Once a choice was made, I kept in touch with a Lender, Title company, realtor, and owner/realtor by use of apps and other compatible methods. The final aEURoeclosingaEUR? was set up for the Notary to meet me at my place and time of convenience of my choosing. Sometimes, I even commented that everything was so easy. I highly recommend Lucia Pham, as well as the rest of the Kay-Grant Group. Once you've contacted them, many apprehensions will disappear and others handled with ease.

My wife and I just closed on our new home in Scottsdale and wanted to thank Gabe and the entire team at Kay-Grant for a wonderful experience. We began looking at houses last year just to get an idea of the market and what we wanted as we were relocating from Chicago. Over the year Gabe stayed in touch regularly and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We spent 7 weeks in Scottsdale and over that time Gabe was quick to set up showings and during a few showings, he would point things out to us that he knew wouldnt fit our style and suggested we keep looking. One Saturday morning I saw a house on the MLS and asked him if he we could see it and within two hours we viewed what is now our new home. Negotiations were handled professionally and he really handled most everything so we didnt have to. One of the nice features with Kay-Grant is they lay everything out ahead of time and even send timeline updates to ensure everything remains on schedule to close. Relocating to a new state and working with someone you dont know can be stressful, but Gabe and team worked closely with us and our mortgage broker to make the process seamless.
