Andrea is a star. She helped me purchase my 6th home and is the best agent I have worked with over the years. She is friendly and professional. I don't think my offer would have been chosen out of 6 others without her experience and expertease in writing it. She did not hesistate when I was looking for less expensive house and found a number of houses for me to view that met my criteria. She stuck with me and was helpful, but not pushy. She replies to questions quickly and with actual infomation. She never wasted my time or pushed me to spend more than I wanted. She was like my team and now I call her a friend! I will be asking her to work with my kids over the next few years as they buy their first homes. I can't say enough about her experience and resourcefulness. She has understanding of real estate value and how to navigate "the system." I highly recommend her!
Kathy, this truly means the world to me! ? Helping you find the right home and getting your offer accepted in such a competitive situation was incredibly rewarding. I'm so grateful you trusted me throughout the process, but even more grateful that I gained a wonderful friend along the way! Thank you for your kind words and for allowing me to be part of this chapter. I can't wait to help your family make more memories and find their own homes in the years ahead! ??

Andrea was absolutely wonderful to work with! Communication was consistent, professional, and collaborative from beginning to end. It makes such a difference in a transaction when both sides are focused on finding solutions, keeping things moving, and doing what's best for their clients. She was responsive, easy to work with, and truly helped make the entire process a smooth one. I would happily co-op with the Andrea again and hope we get the opportunity to work together on another one soon!
