ZillowVERIFIED She helped me find the perfect condo, with my young sons needs and our 2 cats needs in mind. She really did find me a place that had a space for my cats, and was close enough to the pool, that my son was really happy too.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow, she was just sooo helpful in every aspect of my journey to purchase a retirement condo. First, I explained what I wanted.. and she just ran with it, within a week, I already made a choice, just because she did her homework. She took the time to get to know my needs and, boom, I am now a happy owner of a condo. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea sold me a great investment property in Pt. St. Lucie and is doing a fine job managing it for me. I have the utmost confidence in her and her team. I may buy another investment property from her this year.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea made selling my home effortless. Ms. Lafavor kept me informed every step along the way, which was critical as I reside out of state. I've never had a better experience. If I was buying or selling a new house, Andrea would be my first call.

ZillowVERIFIED When I was looking for a home, I selected Andrea partially because I worked with her husband, but it was a decision that I don't regret at all. She listened to what we wanted, what we needed, and the things that would be a deal breaker or maker. She worked with us until we found what worked for us, a 4 bedroom house with easy access in and out, not on a main road but close enough to one, and well within our price range... She even worked with us for our initial insurance company and other things that I wasn't familiar with. I've even recommended her to my friends and colleagues, and my wife has done the same...

ZillowVERIFIED Adrea was great at helping us find the right property at the right price. And when we needed to process all the paperwork, she was very helpful and prompt.
