We found a home that we liked and submitted a full- price offer to the listing broker. Because my wife is not a member of CAR, the broker was not cooperative and looked down on us as potential buyers. Then we were referred to Andrea Hilsenroth by a family member. She immediately wrote up our offer and re-presented it. We had left the area for several days and she stayed in constant contact with us and in contact with the uncooperative broker. The owners accepted thr offer and the deal was finalized and closed escrow prior to the estimated closing date. I would highly recommend Andrea to friends, realatives, and associates.
