ZillowVERIFIED Darin and Andrea were wonderful to work with when selling my elderly parents' home. They explained everything in a manner we could all understand and were very patient answering our many questions. They facilitated any tests required for the sale and were a great resource for cleaning and junk removal services. Communication was never an issue. They were very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us and highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Darin & Andrea for over 2 yrs, they were suggested by my best friend and another mutual friend. It was by far the BEST DECISION I had made. The housing market was horrible to say the least. But neither one of them ever gave up. COUNTLESS HOURS spent, too many showing trips to count and not one time did either of them give up on my dream of becoming a home owner!! They LISTEN to your needs, the tell you every single thing there is to know about the properties and if THEY WOULD NOT LIVE THERE , there is no way they will let you live there because family comes 1st to them both!!! They are not only amazing at their jobs, but they have become AMAZING LIFE LONG FRIENDS!! I am beyond grateful for the end of my journey but so thankful I gained 2 amazing people to call friends and to refer to others!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Hats off to Andrea and Darin. we signed with them after our first realtor could not sell our home. they worked endlessly, with reaching out to potential buyers, other realtors, and having four open houses for us to get foot traffic moving. they never took the foot off the pedal and worked endlessly to get our home sold and they accomplished it. I cannot say enough of Andrea and Darin. they come highly recommended

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our house. My wife and I were very happy with her timely responses and advice. We are 1000 miles away and while the sale was pending a powerful storm dropped a large branch on the house. This created a lot of unusual problems but with her help we were able to get the damage resolved and eliminated. She is an excellent communicator and was always quick to respond and coordinate with us to arrive at a smooth sales transaction. She is easy to work with and I would highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was always there and always so positive. She did everything she could to get me in this home. She's very friendly and sometimes seemed to know what I would like before I knew.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was great. She knew what I was looking for and found me the perfect home. She found the listing and the next I made an offer and it was accepted.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was very diligent to help us during a very volatile housing market. Because we were not in the Rockford area when we met with her she wanted to do her best to show us as many properties as possible in one day. Responses above are based on a highly competitive market challenging the skills of any real estate professional. With the introduction of bidding on properties negotiation skills were mute. The seller of our property was a difficult man and made the process a negative experience. We did get a good value for our purchase. However, there was 4 months of reconstruction required to model it to our specification.

ZillowVERIFIED We had our house on the market for two years. Tried FSBO and a different realtor. We were going to take it off the market when Darin asked us to let him and his partner Andrea try. I was sceptical but Darin proved me wrong and I couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful realtor worked with us for over 2 years to find a great home for our growing family. Worked with our busy schedules to get us into listings in a timely manor especially with just listed and evening showings for us. Did a wonderful job selling our condo!
