The process was a little rocky at first, and Andrea's knowledgeable, and calm personality made everything a LOT less stressful , for us, as well as our 83 year old mom! The two of them make a wonderful team, guiding us every step of the way. We each have given out their business card, recommending them to many people, and will continue to do so! It might not seem important but when suggesting houses they took into consideration my daughter's emotional special needs. ZillowVERIFIED Andrea and Derick sold our Baltic, CT house, so when it was time to look for a new home we couldnt think of any other realtors in Connecticut that we would prefer to work with . The home search took over a year. Derrick and Andrea were patient, informative, dedicated, friendly, and passionate about helping us find the right home. The saying: You have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find a prince describes our experience in the home buying process. Although the process was lengthy, Derick and Andrea answered every phone call promptly, replied to all our texts, and answered all of our questions no matter how mundane. They always had our best interests at heart and gave their frank opinion when they thought a home might not be quite right for us. We would use their services again and would definitely recommend them.
