Tracy held our hand for more than a year as we waited for a house that was being gut-renovated in Spencertown, NY. The challenge was that we were living in Venice, CA. We annoyed the hell out of her on a daily basis, asking her what were seemingly unanswerable questions and she always responded almost immediately with the right answers. It turned out that she knows almost everyone in town (and also in neighboring towns) and hooked us up for virtually all of our needs. Not only was she even-tempered and helpful, she was also incredibly empathetic and thoughtful, and we couldn't imagine happily landing here without her by our side. We can't recommend her highly enough! She's not only a terrific and knowledgable realtor, she has become our good friend.

She represented the buyers during our transaction. They offered an insultingly low price ($85K below the already low and fair price, below true market value) and when we did not respond by significantly reducing further the price, she used a demeaning, rude language telling us how we should negotiate the price. At the end of the negotiations, she lured us into a low price with the promise, that they will have the inspection as a formality and they will not argue about further credits to the buyer. They came back with ridiculous demands of over $20K including paying for pest treatments for 6 months after closing of a rural property!! Further more, in their demands, they called us negligent owners 3 times, for not standing at the barn all night to keep the bets away, after we put over $100K into that 240-year old property. She is rude, pushy, and a very unethical agent. Maybe she tries to get the best price and terms for her buyers, but she uses lying and demeaning as a tactic. Reminded us of our current president. Stay away!
