She knew the value of the house, the likely clientele that would be interested in our house, the specifics of staging, marketing, and showing the house. She had her photographer do the most amazing pictures of the house to include with the listing online. She told me her aim was to have an acceptable offer in a month from the time it was listed. It took exactly 30 days to receive and agree to that offer. Her communication skills were topnotch. We were never left wondering what was happening with clients that were interested in the house. Never surprised by last minute showings. Never left wondering, 'What next?' We'd give her 10 stars in we could. Andrea is that exceptional!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea brought an intimate knowledge of the property given that she actually lives in the development. She was also quite familiar with the owners and their expectations. Although, there were a couple of awkward moments in the transition from aEURoefor sale by owneraEUR? to her listing the property, we were able to overcome such. In the interest of keeping things simple I chose not to engage a second realtor in the process to represent me. I chose to work with her as the listing agent throughout the transaction. I could only do this if there was trust that she would be able to balance the needs of both buyer and seller well. I believe she did this and I was able to acquire the property for my targeted price and expedite a close within three weeks of signing a purchase agreement!
