Before I met Andrea, I had started to think that after 4 years of trying to sell my parents run down co-op, it was hopeless. But then came Andrea. She absolutely knew what to do and went above and beyond to help us. Even before it officially went up for sale, it sold!! I can't recommend her highly enough!!!

Our move was a very difficult time in our lives, and Andrea took care of every single detail for us. She provided exceptional service and went above and beyond for a long period of time to help my husband and I get the sale of our home done, in the easiest way possible. We are so appreciative of all of her help and support. We strongly recommend Andrea to anyone who is moving. We never had to worry throughout this process. Everything was taken care of. Andrea will treat you like family.

Andrea is extremely competent, professional, personable, knowledgeable, hard-working and responsive. I had a coop for sale and even though my price point was way below her other listings, she still gave it full attention and worked hard on negotiations and multiple showings my behalf. I admire her work ethics and I endorse her wholeheartedly.

The Real Andrea EvansDo you want the truth about Andrea Evans? The long awaited day for my retirement was approaching and the sale of our home. This was not just any home! Our eldest daughter planned sketch the design of this home to the very last detail. This home built from our available lot of land, the finished home was our pride and Joy!The Realtor would have to be extremely qualified and meet multiple criteria,Andrea Evans came highly recommended by our Auto Insurance Consultant.Prayed about retirement date for decades, and allowing a Realtor our prized position was not easy, I was reluctant and skeptical to place our valuable treasure in someone I never met.Reluctantly I called Andrea, appt set for July 27th at noon, I informed Andrea it had to be quick, it was my husbands bday and lots to do.She sounded great! Andrea Evans Associate David arrived first 7/27.Andrea arrived within mins with a box of the most delicious looking an beautiful pastries for my husbands bday and a huge smile. We spoke and our personalities clicked immediately, she an David was chosen!Andrea Evans was/is caring, loving, dependable, reliable, sweet, kind-hearted, and she listens without interrupting, she is decisive, honest, straight-forward, offers suggestions and everything you can and will want in a Realtor and friend! We bonded immediately and I knew right away, I wanted no one else to handle this huge precious, important transaction but Andrea Evans and her Associate. We decided that very day to release our home into the capable hands of them both!Andrea returned another day to re-decorate our entire 3 floor, she remained close to midnight, getting ready for open-house.A prospective buyer gave an offer the very first open-house and we accepted home sold.Several complications arose with Architect-Builder filing documents due to the house being fairly new but with resilience and tremendous patience and knowledge we had a successful closing. Our deepest gratitude to an for Andrea Evans and her Associate David who stepped in and stepped up for us as Realtor, Friends, and Family !Andrea Evans & Associate helped us in every way to get through the complex hurdle and brought in an amazing Financial gain!
