Once we have nailed down your goals and desires I move onto the next step, finding a way to help you meet your goals and desires (my favorite part)... I have the resources and systems in place, to go the extra mile for you, whether you are selling or buying, or maybe both. At times, if needed, I will come up with unique ways to help you find the perfect home or buyer for your home. Once we have found YOUR dream home, or you have received an offer for your listing, we get to negotiate. This is another area where communication is very important. Most Realtors forget this step... When communicating with the other side of a potential deal I can gain tons of information that will ultimately help my clients make the best decision when making or accepting an offer. Ultimately the most rewarding part of my career is handing the keys to you after closing escrow, and letting you know the money will be in your bank when your home is sold so you can move onto the next stage in your life.
