We were so happy we used Andrea Brown to buy our new home and sell our old home. Andrea immediately responded to the new COVID guidelines for real estate last year, and our home was the first to have a 360-video tour available. We believe this was crucial to getting our home seen and sold!

ZillowVERIFIEDAndrea was great. Very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make buying a new home an easy process. Andrea was available to show a house almost immediately. She made it feel like she was really working for my wife and I. If you want a realtor that has a solid knowledge of the local markets, a work ethic seemingly like no other and who is connected to all the right people in the industry, look no further. I would recommend Andrea in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot express how satisfied my wife and I are with Andrea. She is tough as nails as a buyers agent and her knowledge of the business is second to none. Our first home purchase was one of the more difficult transactions a home buyer could have. There were title issues, lien issues, and more. Andrea kept our stress levels in check and continuously kept us updated with the current status of the purchase. She stood by us every step of the way.If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent who has your interest at heart and will not treat you as just another buyer, call Andrea. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding a home for me and my daughter was a very emotional experience due to prior events that led to this decision. I knew Andrea from her previous business and reached out to her to help me find that perfect home. In the beginning I really wasn't even sure what I wanted but Andrea was always patient and understanding as she knew this was a hard decision for me to make. Andrea was very supportive of my decisions and we looked at a lot of houses. Andrea's patience, knowledge and understanding got me to my "perfect" home and I couldn't have done it without her.

I truly feel that Andrea gave us all the attention and time we needed to find the right home. She was patient and a pleasure to work with. She helped us through the entire process and even made sure our closing happened on time.Andrea was highly knowledgeable and made perceptive recommendations. She was able to give us valuable and vital advice throughout the process. As first time home buyers we found that incredibly helpful. A year later, we are extremely pleased with our experience and with our purchase. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable agent, she is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was a great realtor to work with. We were in the process of selling and buying another home, with that in mind Andrea was always in contact on the process of both sides of the sale and works hard to get the job well done!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Andrea was great. I work in the operating room at a local hospital, making my availability during the day limited. Andrea was very understanding of this and made it convenient for me to complete all needed steps of my home buying experience at times that worked best for me. She kept the process moving and made sure everything was coming along smoothly. She was very attentive to all of my needs and she was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process! I will recommend her to friends and family for as long as she is in the realty business! She's the best! It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and I'm very grateful for all that she has done to get me into my first home!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was incredibly patient during what appeared to be a never ending home search. She was reliable and proactive in getting me into houses as soon as they hit the market. If I ever sell the home that she helped me find and purchase, or buy another in the area, she will absolutely be my first phone call. Thank you Andrea for all of your help!!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea is a fantastic agent! She helped us find and buy our first home in march of 2015. We started the search with her in January. It was an easy and fast process with her as we had 2 little ones at home. I'd recommend Andrea to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was a wonderful realtor. We were buying a home and the seller was quite difficult. Andrea kept us updated and went to bat for us repeatedly to assure we received an equitable sale. We will use her again as well as recommend her to others.
