ZillowVERIFIED Selling a home can be stressful, even more so during a pandemic. However, our agent, Andrea Bharucha, made it easy and successful. Andrea came in fully prepared on our first meeting. She knew the asking price of every house in the area in order to suggest a fair asking price to us. She then brought in a photographer who made our home aEURoeglowaEUR?. Andrea was aggressive in contacting other agents to encourage them to show the house, all the while allaying our fears and concerns. Her negotiation skills were superb. At all times, Andrea made us feel well informed and supported. The bottom line: we sold the house for a great price in less than 3 weeks. We would HIGHLY recommend her as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall we had an excellent experience. Andrea was extremely responsive and listened to our preferences with price and showing our home. Her communication skills and local market knowledge were very apparent. I texted Andrea many times and she always responded quickly with helpful information. There are always bumps in the process, and Andrea found workable solutions. I highly recommend Andrea if you want to list a home and get top price, along with a positive attitude and feeling like she truly cares about you and getting the deal done. We found her to be honest and a strong negotiator for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea from Day 1 showed that she listened to her clients needs. Home buying is a process. It takes time to learn for the buyers what they truly want and what their non-negotiable are. She was patient and helped guide and facilitate that process. She is very honest and will be upfront if she believes the home is overpriced and will look out for potentials pitfalls in a deal. She was always available, and highly knowledgeable about the neighborhood. She kept her clients interests protected at all times during the process which is very rare to find these days. I can truly say that Andrea takes the stress out of home shopping and at the end of the process becomes a trusted friend. I would whole heartedly recommend Andrea.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was recommended to us by our son. Andrea sold his house in Valley stream and he was completely happy. My husband and I owned our home for 44 years, both of us going from our parents homes into this house after marriage. We both retired and decided to relocate upstate. Very emotional for me with all my wonderful memories. Andrea was so understanding yet professional and explained the whole process every step of the way. We would recommend her in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea went above and beyond selling our home and finding us a new home in Garden City. We sold our home back in January before the pandemic hit and were very overwhelmed trying to find a new home when everything shut down in New York. Andrea was professional and calm throughout the process and put all our fears aside finding a new home. She responded immediately if there was an issue or problem and gave us peace of mind when had a difficult closing. I would highly recommend both Pat and Andrea to all of my family and friends! It is refreshing to find a realtor that is genuine, kind, and honest throughout the buying/selling process!! We are so lucky to have found them and are so grateful for all their advice, guidance, and thoughtfulness towards our family. When we walked into our new home they left a personalized gift for us and our children so sweet!!! Thank you so much ladies!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea is knowledgeable, intelligent, responsive, and honest. She navigated the challenges of selling a house during the COVID-19 pandemic with ease while taking all the precautions necessary to keep our family safe. We have already referred her to a family member who is also trying to sell a house and would do so again without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot convey how amazing it was to work with Andrea. Through this unprecedented situation of Covid she was our rock as we tried to sell our home. She knew exactly what to do get our place out there and immediately had interested buyers coming to look. Since we were moving across country she also took a lot of the stress and annoying parts of moving off our shoulders. She went above and beyond as our realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was very professional from our first conversation. She did her research in advance and came prepared with comparable properties to help determine a reasonable asking price. She was patient while we formed our game-plan and did some renovation before listing. Her social media presence, marketing, and photography of our home made a positive impact on our home sale. She even helped to coordinate some of the repairs we needed to complete while we were on vacation and under contract. Throughout the process, she was very responsive, via email, text, and telephone. We sold above our asking price and are happy with the outcome. I'm confident we were able to do so because of her help.

ZillowVERIFIED Real Estate Professional indeed. Andrea was not only knowledgable about each area that we would ask about (which ranged throughout most of Nassau County) but would guide us in the right direction when ever we didn't know what to do. Her bilingual skills really helped us out when she translated specific information that I did not know how to say for my parents. We would 10000% use her again if we were ever to buy another house. But, thanks to her we hopefully don't need to use anyone again because she didn't just find us a house. She found us a home. We thank you so much Andrea and sorry we were so late putting up our review!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea Bharucha is the best agent, she was always available and helpful. I live out of state and was dealing with the sale of my mother's home. Andrea went out of her way to run errands and pick up papers that couldn't wait for me to do. She went to the empty house to let plumber and inspectors in. If you want the personal touch, Andrea is the agent to use.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea Bharucha is, by far, the BEST real estate agent on Long Island. She has been our agent in all aspects of the buying/renting/selling process and she has never disappointed us. Andrea goes above and beyond the call of duty. She answers my calls and text messages throughout the day and night. She is an expert in the real estate industry, makes you feel very comfortable with the process (as we all know how stressful it can be), and really gets to know her clients needs. Most importantly, my husband and I trust Andrea 100% and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone looking at renting, buying or selling a home in/around the Garden City, NY area!
