ZillowVERIFIEDWe used a realtor on Andrea's team to sell our previous home and to purchase a new home this year. While there were some hiccups along the way, Andrea stepped in at the end to make everything work out in a positive manner for us. She even met with me after the dust settled so I could share my full experience with the realtor on her team that we worked with as well as my interactions with other realtors in the area so she could go back and work with her team to ensure their service is top-notch. She was proactive and responsive and is a go-getter.

ZillowVERIFIED The Beem team was Amazing! They are so personable and answered all our questions immediately. They help us negotiate when the heat pump went out before we had even signed papers. We LOVED working with Andrea and her Team and HIGHLY recommend her if you want the VERY BEST working for you!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was only helped by one of her team which was great and enjoyable. This has been new process to me,buying over internet with only pictures and comments,of course lots of paperwork! Cherise has helped me navigate the process very nicely!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Jamie from the Beem Team and had a great experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and the market. She coached me through a few offers and helped me determine fair market value. As a first-time home buyer, I was very overwhelmed. She took the time to figure out what I was looking for and never pressured me. I appreciated her dedication and her attention to detail. She was always in contact with the mortgage company, my bank, and the title company to give me updates and let me know where we were in the process. She was always available to walk me through the forms I was signing and explaining what everything meant. I am so thankful for Jamie and the Beem team!

ZillowVERIFIED Cherise is BEYOND fabulous in every way. She works with her clients throughout every step of the home selling/buying process and ensures it is as smooth and stress-free as possible. She takes the time to understand her clients and their needs and then meets those needs with ease and grace. She is diligent, thorough, and highly communicative. I've never worked with another realtor as effective, responsive, or professional as her--I can't recommend her enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie Ely, a Beem Team member, worked with us through what I thought was a very difficult process, professionally and with care and understanding. She is responsive helpful and knowledgeable. It was because of her perseverance and complete grasp of the process that we were able to close on our house without a hitch a week earlier than expected. I highly recommend her and the Beem Team and would choose them in a heartbeat if we were to look for another property.

ZillowVERIFIED Jamie was a pleasure to work with. As out of state buyers, we had some unique needs and she was quick to respond and very helpful at every stage. Our transaction got held up by a sloppy appraiser, and Jamie was patient and helped keep the seller engaged through all the setbacks until we were able to resolve everything and complete the purchase. The organization of the Beem Team's office, having different realtors specialize in different parts of the process, was a big reason we selected them and worked well for us. (The rankings we've given reflect the combined skills of the whole team.) We would highly recommend Jamie and the Beem Team.

ZillowVERIFIED My family loved Abbey!! She "went to bat" more than once for us and got us our DREAM home! We highly recommend her!!! She sold our home for the asking price and competitively negotiated the buying of our dream home. She stayed in close communication with my husband and I, and gave daily/weekly updates of the progress.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Cherise at the Beem team and she was the best we could have asked for! She was patient with us, listened to what we wanted, and one of the kindest persons we have met! She kept us informed every step of the way and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. From our first meeting to her handing us the keys to our new house, I'm glad it was Cherise and the Beem team that was there with us!

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea Beem Team is AWESOME! Andrea came to our Mother's home and did a complete walk through with us. She gave us great advice as to what things were NEEDED to be done prior to listing the home and what things would be NICE TO DO. Having Andrea do this for us saved us a TON of money and time on things that really didn't matter when it came to the sale of the property. The home sold quickly and the transaction was a breeze. We WILL use Andrea Beem Team again in the future.
