After Aundi's extensive market analysis we agreed on a selling price for the home. We had to wait to list the property due to Covid-19 related delays in my renovation. During that time, I started to wonder if we should adjust the selling price. Aundi remained confident in her research and knowledge of the market, and advised that we should stay at our current listing price. When the renovation was complete, we listed the property, which was only active for 4 or 5 days due to all of the offers. She negotiated the house we ended up purchasing down from well outside our price range to the very top of our comfort zone but hooked us up with a mortgage broker who gave us an amazing interest rate, so it all worked out well in the end. We are now paying $400 less per month than when we were renting! The house we sold was on the market for a very long time, but of course that can not be entirely attributed to Aundi. Once we had a reasonable offer, she was amazing at coordinating all the moving pieces -- which wasn't easy because the buyers were beyond difficult. Overall, she is a wonderful person to work with and we'd recommend her to others.
