ZillowVERIFIEDAndre is the best! My wife and I had been looking for our first home for over a year, looking in multiple counties. Andre has such a vast base of knowledge about different markets across NJ and was able to help us find our perfect home! He also is so compassionate and understanding, and always takes the time to explain each step of the way in an easier to digest fashion than an attorney or loan officer can. We would 100% recommend Andre to anyone in NJ looking for a Realtor. He brings so much experience to the table and always put our best interests first.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so grateful for Andre's support during the process and couldn't have done it without him. We knew absolutely nothing going in and he took the time to educate us, was patient, and never pressured us one way or another. He is extremely knowledgeable about a number of different towns and was always extremely responsive. He went above and beyond and would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Andre was an exceptional realtor from start to finish! He was attentive, patient, and consistently guided us through every step of the home-buying process. His calm demeanor and deep knowledge of the New Jersey housing market gave us confidence in every decision we made. Thanks to Andre, we were able to find and secure our dream home in the exact town we wanted, all while staying within our budget. We couldnt have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Andre helped me with purchasing my home. He worked as a dual agent, which means he represented both me and the seller, which often times risks a bias. But he was so sincere and helpful! He was honest and straightforward, you dont meet many people like that anymore. Hes great and I would truly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Andre. Firstof all he is a great guy! Always available and taking that extra step for his clients! My home hunting experience was very Good! We started looking for a house around March, and with only 2 months until our lease was up, we really needed a miracle to find a house and close on time! Well Andre made it happen! Everything went smoothly and we closed exactly on the day we scheduled from the very beginning! He knows all the right people to get it done! ZillowVERIFIED Andre was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, very helpful. He helped us sell our house as well as buy our next house. We moved 50 minutes away from our first house. Andre had no problem with traveling the distance and helping us find the perfect house. I would definitely recommend Andre, as well as myself using him again in the further, if/when i move again.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our house we contacted Andre. He helped us get the house ready to get top dollar. Within 2 weeks after listing we had an offer very close to asking price. We also decided to use Andre to purchase a new house. We told him what we wanted in our new house and he helped find it for us. He was very help full with both our sale and purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I used Andre Saraiva's services as a selling agent, we made an offer on a house on 11/21/2009, it was a short sale with 2 open mortgages and we were able to close on 4/7/2010, so everything went smoothly, Andre took good care of us providing us with all the information that we needed. I highly recommend Andre Saraiva's services, he's very professional and dedicated person!!

ZillowVERIFIED Andre was the best Realtor we ever had, he went above and beyond to sell our home. His knowledge of the industry was so helpful to us. He sold our home for $360,000.00, which was more than what we thought we would get for our home. He knew that we needed to sell our home, because of job relocation to California and Andre was very confident that we would sell our home in the time we needed to. We recommend Andre highly to anyone who needs to sell or buy a home. He will dedicate himself to you till the end of the process.
