ZillowVERIFIED Andre was a great realtor. He helped me through a scary period where it wasn't clear if I was going to be able to sell for the price I wanted. It was uncharted water for both him and me, and it turned out well. Then in the buying process (which is awful right now) we hit a stroke of luck, along with a timely, shrewd phone call Andre initiated on his own to the seller's agent. He went on vacation for a week during the time we worked together (which isn't unexpected given how long it took to get through the process to find a place I wanted AND could afford). During that week he had an associate fill in who was just as attentive. Andre went above and beyond when asked to, and just as importantly, when not asked to. He brought me directly into conversations when it made sense, and kept a separation between me and others when it was appropriate/necessary. In short he did all the things you want your realtor to do, and none of the things you don't. As a side note: his support team, which you're going to be interacting with when things are "hustle, hustle, hustle", was also great.

ZillowVERIFIED We switched from one real estate agent to Andre when he promised to work hard for us- he fulfilled this promise tenfold. Even without the chaos of the current market, our specific buying circumstances were extremely stressful since we were buying a home sight unseen (only virtually). We were also under pressure to move within a few months in order to meet work and school obligations. Andre worked seamlessly through these factors, including a three hour time difference, and showed us every single house we were interested in (and there were A LOT) in a timely and efficient manner. Besides the ease of the schedule Andre provided us, he also worked hard to get to know us on a personal level and understand our home-buying needs. There were many times that the frustration of losing multiple offers really set in, and we were willing to make offers on homes that didn't match our priorities. Andre stayed patient, talked us through the process, and encouraged us to stay positive and wait for the RIGHT home. When we finally landed an offer, Andre was insistent that we found a great home. Although moving across the country to a new and unseen home was frightening, finally seeing our newly purchased home was incredibly rewarding.
