Andre went out of his way to to make sure we saw every house we even werent sure we wanted to see. This was great for us because we were moving from Alabama and he would even go take videos of the house and send to us. Started with a different realtor, but extremely happy we swapped to Andre.

Prior to our meeting, Andre worked with us to narrow down several properties in the Tampa, Florida area that we could purchase as a second home. Since we were only slightly familiar with the area, we entrusted Andre to help narrow down our search to about eight properties that fit the requirements that we had described to him.Once we arrived in Florida to view the properties, Andre met with us for three days and helped us view each one. A lot of miles were traveled, but in the end, he helped us chose a new build villa in Wesley Chapel and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Not only did Andre help us locate this house, he sat with us through all of our negotiations and during the signing of the agreement, and he was generous enough to do our final walk through via cell video with the builder so we wouldn't have to fly to Florida to do it. He did an excellent job helping make a list of things that needed to be fixed prior to closing.We will definitely use Andre again and we would recommend him to others who need help with any home buying process.

Andre helped so much with the sale of my mother's home. I lived in another state but Andre worked his magic and helped to stage the home and then took the most flattering pictures. But the real show stopper was his video. The house was in a beautiful setting that Andre was able to capture in pictures. I give him a lot of credit since the house sold in 2 days for asking price!
