Broker Andra has led an impressive career as a REALTOR(R) & Team Leader in her 15 years working in the Real Estate industry. Before being licensed, Andra invested in Real Estate with her husband Dan, doing flips, rental properties, and rent to owns. During the crash of the market in 2007, Andra got her license and specialized in short sales while opening up their own brokerage. Later on, they moved to Keller Williams for a national brokerage brand, more awareness, and the company values God, Family, and then Business. Results speak for themselves- with Andra's help, our clients sell their homes for 12% MORE than average, get sellers more than DOUBLE the amount of showings, and sell 31% faster than average. In addition, our clients purchase homes for 3% less than average (stats according to Showingtime and 3rd parties). Our home buying and selling systems produce great results and we consistently receive great reviews from our clients. In 2019, she was named top 5% of Realtors by Keller Williams, and asked to be on the committee to lead agents to success in the office, and has been doing that ever since. Andra hold a Seniors Real Estate Specialist(R) designation, making her an expert in working with Seniors to buy/sell a home. However, she excels at working with all ages and personalities! Serving as the Team Leader at Dynamic Partners, Andra plays a major role in the growth of the company. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped Dynamic Partners improve from scratch to $1,000,000+ closed volume a month. Think of how many families that is helped! Prior to being in Real Estate, Andra worked as a CPA and owned her own tax business, helping 240 clients at a time specialized with personal tax strategies and small businesses to save money, and/or make more. She knows numbers and graphs inside and out, as well as understands the importance of how to stick to a budget and the equity perspective of buying a home. Outside of Real Estate, Andra enjoys reading or watching a good movie, being with her dogs Sprinkles and Sydney, being with her family, and rehabilitating horses.
