ZillowVERIFIED I met Andra because she had a listing I was interested in seeing. I get the feeling she immediately knew that particular condo wasn't my style so we moved on. Andra was patient while I thought thru my decisions. She left me alone to my thoughts and offered suggestions and guidance when I asked for it. She quickly scheduled showings because she knew I had a timeline for moving. When the time came to submit my offer, it was such an easy process. She has a recommended inspector and worked closely with my loan officer. Funny story - I was on the Zillow app and saw "pending sale" on the condo I had put an offer in on. Of course, I immediately texted Andra saying "guess I lost it to someone else" and sent a photo of another property I wanted to see. Within 5 minutes she called me and said "looks like you've bought a condo! They accepted your offer!" I've found my perfect home and I'm happier than I ever thought I could be. We met with 3 different realtors and chose andra because in appraising the value of our house she alone took into account the fact that it was a unique custom built home. She communicated in a timely and effective manner and kept me informed every step of the way. When I asked If she could recommend someone for a needed service (cleaning, etc), she had knowledge of resources. However, when a service by someone she recommended didnt go as well as expected, she offered to reimburse me and also let me know she would not ever recommend them again. Thats a money back guarantee! She suggested oiling the kitchen wood cabinets, got the oil from her car, and helped me do them all! They looked so much better!

When she found out we were first-time house buyers she recommended a free workshop on the process that she was offering at a local library. After attending the workshop, which laid out the home-buying process and its pitfalls and how to think about what we wanted in a house, we asked her to represent us in finding a house. She helped us find our dream house in Ypsilanti and was incredibly responsive to our needs, wants, and concerns. Andra never ever urged us to look at properties that cost more than we wanted to spend, and she helped and advised through the closing process with energy and the knowledge of experience.
