With a short turnaround time to get the house ready for listing, Anastasia was honest about what we should prioritize in terms of maintenance and staging. She responded to my many questions at all hours of the day and night. She was calm, but worked with a sense of urgency to get things done. When it came time for listing, Anastasia stayed in touch with me to get the showings scheduled (while working around my husbands odd work schedule). We had over 10 showings and an open house in 3 days. With several strong offers to choose from, Anastasia helped guide us through that process. She is patient and kind. She coached us through the process as this was our first time buying a home. On a recommendation from a friend who had worked with Anastasia twice and had glowing reviews, I reached out and we began the process of mapping out areas and my needs/wants for a property. Being the first time through this, I had lots of questions, and she was able to answer every one of them at the initial consultation, quickly giving me a peace of mind going forward. As we explored properties I was impressed at her attention to detail and ability to pick out maintenance concerns or items that would need addressing (an older furnace, drafty windows, etc.). She even knew approximately what some of those large or other not-so-large fixups would cost. I also asked her numerous times if a property matched the asking price by the seller and I really appreciated her blunt honesty. It was more than obvious she was an advocate for me. Anastasias knowledge of the local area was evident from the beginning as well. I had mentioned a variety of properties that looked attractive on websites but having listened to my needs and wants from our consultation, she steered me away from some of those which I'm pretty sure saved me a lot of time! ZillowVERIFIED Anastasia was a pleasure to work with. We had several tight deadlines and she was very fast to respond to our numerous questions and to give us general guidance on the process. We were buying a condo in a unique area, but Anastasia was always willing to make time to fit our schedules to get things done (there were 3 of us to coordinate with). She was excellent at walking us through the steps along the way and coordinating with 3rd parties and the seller's agent.
