Committed, honest, experienced, knowledgeable, available, on-top-of-things, responsive, reliable...where do I start. We were in a position where we were selling our house in Maryland and buying a house in Rochester at the same time in December of 2022. Two realtors and two sets of lenders, etc. Could it have been any worse? Like I said, we were in GOOD HANDS. Anastasia relentlessly coordinated everything, down to the closing dates, with the realtor in Maryland. What should have been a nightmare situation was smooth and informed throughout the process because of Anastasias expertise, quick responses, and fast turnarounds with paperwork at every step of the way. It would not have happened without Anastasia, and we are grateful to her for her guidance and experienced expertise. We are very happy with our home here in Rochester and the area that we live in. Anastasia was nice enough to offer to give back part of her commission so I would be able to close (thankfully she didn?t need to) but the fact she even considered it filled my heart. I wouldn?t know what I would have done without her during this process. She?s thorough and takes time to explain all the little details I never even knew went into buying a house. We sat down with her and she went through every detail of the home buying process with us, told us what to expect, what could potentially hurt us or benefit us, and she also provided all the tools/ resources we would need. She told us she would not give up on us. Once we found a home we were interested in she made it happen for us to be able to see it, put in an offer, and pretty much change our lives. She is the only realtor weve spoken to that honored exactly what we were looking for (for instance getting a full inspection during a sellers market) and really went to bat for us. She had contacts for persons at every step of the house buying process. She connected with my banker when I needed help understanding parts of the banking processes. Before I was going to make an offer on one of the houses I was considering, she sent over roofers to do a free estimate on the state of the roof to save me the loss of an inspection fee.
