If anyone is buying or selling the real estate, please give Andy a chance before considering others. You will not regret it. He does the deal as though he is buying it for himself. You are not an another number for him but family. He goes over and beyond with his strategies to help. He pays the same attention to the detail however big or small it is, and informs you via text, email or calls 24/7. When we were closing remotely, he even volunteered to do a final walk thru and secure the property. We didnt feel any stress or anxiety thru out the ordeal, We are so happy with the process, we decided to give him our current home for sale in Palm Beach County. Our only regret is, that his Zillow page allows only 5 stars not 10 star Gold Plus which we intended. ????

He was very pragmatic in setting expectations for pricing, timing, etc. in a rising interest rate environment and off season sale cycle. Nonetheless, we were under contract inside of 2 weeks and closed seamlessly inside of 45 days. Highly recommend Anand for any of your real estate needs! I am glad I did and bought a house on 1/22/2021 through Andy in Epperson. Looking at the excellent service Andy provided and the positive buying experience, I referred to some of my friends. Two of them already bought within 1 week and 8 more are about to buy in the coming months. My friends whom I referred also had raving comments on the services Andy provided. All of us from NY/NJ area and buying houses in Florida can be daunting. However, we did this with such an ease of process. At the outset, Andy educated me about the place, the process in an unbiased way. Subsequently, he provided the list of inventory of available houses to match our requirements.
