Anam walked us through the trade-offs of different home buying approaches (new construction, almost finished construction, rehabbing a fixer-upper, buying a standard home, etc.), helped us find a home completely remotely when we were unable to visit in person, put us in touch with numerous wonderful people (lender, legal representative, builder/contractor, etc.), stayed on top of all the various different communications going on to keep us updated and keep everyone on task, communicated with sellers on our behalf, and helped us close on time and within budget. Anam steered us clear of choices that were not in our best interest even when they would have been to her advantage. And went above and beyond repeatedly during and after the process.

Had very helpful suggestions on what we might do with certain areas of the house when she showed it to us. For example, an idea for where we could potentially put a washer and dryer upstairs so we wouldn't have to go to the basement to do our laundry all the time.

The record sale prompted me to inquire about selling the property I just purchased less than a year prior. She came right away and viewed my property. I was so happy about her extensive knowledge and informed assessment of my property. Having dealt with many other realtors in the past, Anam is truly a cut above the rest. Her knowledge base and repertoire of negotiation skills helped sell my home for a record profit. In just a short period of time, she sold two homes for vastly more profit than any other relator had in the history of my development. When I told my aunt, who also lives in my development, how much I sold my property for, she could not believe it. Anam's marketing and scouting out potential leads brought many offers for the home; many more than I had anticipated. When she told me the price point we should sell the property, I told her that if she could get that much for my house, I would be ready to move out immediately. Anam found several buyers and got far more for my house than I originally paid for it. I am still in awe about the price she was able to command. Anam was happy to show us all the houses we were interested in, helping us to refine the features and locations we were comfortable with along the way. Anam helped us put several offers in on different properties and was excellent with following up after offers were submitted. Even with the difficulties of the real estate market she remained positive and upbeat with us, always encouraging us not to give up. We did eventually find a property and Anam was thoughtful, prompt, and patient with us throughout the entire buying process. With an insanely short notice (literal days), Anam was able to find us multiple apartment opportunities, schedule both virtual and in person viewings, and even after apartments fell through because of unrelated/administrative reasons, Anam immediately came back with even more options. Every place we viewed was even better than the previous one, and now me and my partner are happier than ever. I really can't make this up, you can't make a mistake going with Anam. Anam, being the caring person she is was quick to offer to help us find another place. After being shown many options, and viewing a few in person, Anam was able to find our new home for us. We did not have to settle for less, or give up any of the things we were hoping to have, even while having a German Shepard which we found to be a breed that is unwanted while renting.
