I decided to delay the sale and she respectfully took the house off the market. I advised her when I was ready to put the house up for sale again and she was ready from the word go. The house sold in one day during a pandemic for more than I was willing to let it go for. But wait....there's more. To summarize my husbands and my experience with Anabella, we have nothing more than gratitude for her assistance in each life event that has affected our financial circumstances in purchasing, modifying, and selling our home. Anabella, is smart, strategic, incredible knowledgeable and can support her information (shes on top of it!), as well as provide genuine- aEURoein-service of her clients needsaEUR? - care. Our situation can be summarized with the start of our first home purchase in 2013 with Anabella. She made recommendations for our needs, including showing us homes from the spectrum of a fixer-up to turnkey so we, (me mostly; with my 100+ questions and what-if scenarios); could understand the difference in value and what we can achieve with our current financial situation. Over the years we have always been able to reach out to Anabella and ask questions related to the market, refis, etc., including a home loan modification. Always resourceful and with initiative to follow up and check in, we decided to call her in to help us sell our home as we planned to relocate out of state during summer 2019. I am a number driven person, that values quality, integrity and creative solutions. Majority of the times I work with vendors at initial first impression-based on answers to my questions. We research most of the large endeavors we take on so we can ask the right questions, especially when I'm completely clueless or dont understand the subject. This usually doesnt make me (not my husband!) the easiest client to serve since I have a million questions and what-if scenarios that I will bombard you with. Her guidance provided assurance and confidence in an otherwise very intimidating process. What stood out to me among Anabella's innumerable qualities was her patience and honesty.
