I absolutely loved working with Ana! She is literally the reason we are sitting in our beautiful new home in Jarrell right now. I initially was looking for a rental home, but had done some purchase searches and asked her about a few homes in Taylor. She mentioned there were some amazing deals going on in Jarrell at that time and we were able to secure a home for well under the going rate. She has a great pulse on central Texas offerings and has a lot of useful contacts from new home sales consultants to lenders to other real estate related vendors. She and her partner attended all of my husband and my walk-throughs/new home orientations and she was also at the closing table with us and there to take photos of our very first home purchase signing! I would highly recommend Ana Maya to be your real estate agent. She was extremely professional, sweet, straightforward but simultaneously kind and exactly what we wanted and needed.

I worked with Ana Maya and unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. She was not responsive to my calls and emails, and it was difficult to get in touch with her. In addition, she failed to show up to the closing meeting, which was very frustrating and caused unnecessary delays in the process. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Ana. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, it was rare to receive a response in a timely manner. This made the entire home buying process very stressful and challenging. Furthermore, there were several times when I suspected she may have been working on behalf of seller. This was extremely concerning, and it made it difficult to trust her advice and recommendations. Overall, I would not recommend Ana Maya as a real estate agent. If youre looking for a reliable, communicative and trustworthy realtor, I suggest looking elsewhere.

We initially started out looking for a rental property and Ana and Jazzabel went around town and mustve showed us like 15 homes but as it turned out, God had other plans for us. One day we decided to proceed for a purchase and we got approved and searched high and low until we fell upon the house that we would ultimately occupy. Ana and Jazzabel were so patient and they never gave up. Their optimism and confidence that we would find something perfect for us is what kept us going and I couldnt thank them enough for being so amazing. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the market for a new home.
