ZillowVERIFIED We can say enough about Ana Joyner and Renee Silk. Their expertise is untouchable, they recommended what to leave in the house for staging as well as helped stage the house. The photographer they use took exceptional pictures that showed ever angle of the rooms. The drone used outside showed the lay out of the land. The house was placed on the market on Friday evening around 430pm, by 9pm Ana and Renee had approximately 10 showing for Saturday, Ana contacted us and we had three offers that day. People had scheduled to see the home on Sunday, so we did not want to accept any offer until those showings. The house sold in 48 hours. Way past our expectations, but because of Ana's and Renee's expertise and knowledge it happened. We can not thank them enough for making this so smooth.
