From our first conversation I explained to her what was important to my husband and I, being a young family with two small children, it was important to be in an area we felt comfortable in and had great schools. She immediately understood our game plan and within two weeks of connecting with her we were able to get our offer accepted on the perfect home for our family. She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. She goes above and beyond for her clients and does just the right amount of nudging to get you to look at a home from all perspectives (i.e., resale, sq. ft, pros and cons of the home versus other comps in the area, etc) and not get caught up in some of the smaller details. ZillowVERIFIED Ana always work as hard as she could to make us feel at ease throughout the process, was always informative and supportive, but then would quickly turn up the heat when dealing with a selling agent or other group, and really fought on our behalf. She was very available via cell and email, and even though we had many frantic questions because it was our first home-buying experience, Ana always took them in stride and walked us through the process. Finally, Ana made sure her service was all-inclusive, from looking at houses to the day of move-in: she provided us a lunch on our move-in day, was available for questions even after sale when we had questions about what we were seeing in the house, and made sure not just that she got her part and split, but that my wife and I made it to a comfortable place in our new home before she said goodbye.
