Review Having Ms. Ana was a lifesaver. Being a military family and needing to find a home quickly was stressful enough, but Ms. Ana delivered, even from miles away. Ms. Ana was the first smiling face to greet us when we came to EL Paso. She is friendly, family oriented, and professional. She found us an amazing beautiful house, accommodating to all our needs, which was not easy. She is caring and will treat you like family from day one. She was there from the very beginning, middle, and end. She fought for us like nobody ever has. Review Mrs. Ana Diaz put an amazing amount of effort in on levels I have not seen before with realtors to ensure this sale went through smoothly. Our home had a high level of permaculture gardening that was very unfamiliar to residents of El Paso and required an enormous amount of patient explanations and diplomatic assistance. It also had an attached large Solarium with a koi pond and garden within which was impossible to get a proper appraisal for as the appraiser just said he compared it to sales of similar homes in the neighborhood, except there was nothing vaguely similar anywhere near us, so our realtor had to negotiate and find options that would help the sale go through regardless of the undervalued appraisal.

Review My real estate professional is Ana Diaz. She is awesome! First finding out what I was looking for and location. She then took the time to locate various homes and we must of seen at less 40, some were taken that very day so miss out on them, but that was my fault I waited to long to give her the go. There she was again searching for homes till we found the house that fitted my needs. If I end up looking again I differently will be looking for Ana to help me out again. Review Highly recommend Ana Diaz to be used as a realtor. We started working with her prior to pcsing to Ft. Bliss and she did everything she could possibly do to make sure we had an easy buying experience. Unfortunately due to no fault of her, we had many hiccups but she was always there to guide us and continue helping us until we finally closed on our home. She was always eager to help us and always had a smile on her face anytime we contacted her even though it wasnt so easy. Review I had a great experience working with Ana and she helped me sell my home while I was out of state which worked out great. Last year I had worked with 2 other real-estate agents and they wanted me to sell my Condo for less than what it was worth, which I was not OK with. Ana worked with me and gave me sound advice as to what we should list the home for at a price I was comfortable with. The buyer had a couple issues with the property and Ana was hot on the case and got affordable estimates for repairs to help make the sale. She is a very professional, dependable and compassionate. Review Last year, Ms. Diaz listed our rental home for sale. She was quick to do open houses and make contact with those who showed interest. Review Working with Ana Diaz had been an a outstanding experience. She was driven from the beginning of the sales process and did not stop that driven motivation through the process. Another detail that, I believe was very crucial to the success of the property and it not sitting on the market for a long period of time (which was under eight months) was her exceptional form of communication. I felt she keep me very well informed of every step of the prosses, which to me vas very important as a seller. The knowledge she provided as far as answering my questions was what one as cliant expects. Overall I can honestly say that if I had to sell another property I would seriously consider her to help me out with the process again.
