ZillowVERIFIEDMy girlfriends an I are expecting a baby , we applied for this an got denied because the number of people which would be 3 for a two bedroom apartment. I would not recommend doing business with him. I?ve never heard of anyone that would say no to someone expecting a baby in such a hard time for renting or buying?

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Almeida made my homebuying experience easy and painless. I did not expect that anyone would work as hard as he did in order to help me understand the whole process and feel comfortable with the options I had. Mr. Almeidas knowledge of the real estate procedures showed immensely every time I had a question. This being my first home purchase, I was not aware of most of the steps and he never made me feel like any of my questions were stupid or redundant.
