ZillowVERIFIED Amy Wilson is the most knowledgeable agent in Clemson, hands down, no contest. My wife and I think she has a 6th sense for Clemson real estate. Here's our story:We are a family of 4; my wife, 6 year old girl, 3 year old boy, and me. We felt the need for space and asked Amy if there was anything out there. Just looking, nothing serious. She sold our first house for us and the houses of 3 other friends that we recommended to her so we had great experiences with her in the past and that's why we called her. She takes us to see a couple of houses and then asks if she could show our house, which was not even on the market yet, to a couple she knows that may like it. They made us an offer! Our house wasn't even on the market yet! So we then kick it into high gear on finding our next house. We look at everything and even have a contractor go with us to one house with Amy to tell us how much it would be to renovate. She is so patient and knows the value of Clemson real estate. Anyway, the offer on our house doesn't work out due to time periods and we go ahead and list our house with Amy. She brings 2 more offers within 10 days! In the meantime, she uses her extensive network and shows us a house that "might" be going on the market. It is perfect! How did she even know about this house? Anyway, we make an offer and the sellers accept and we accept an offer to sell our house. We make it to closing and close on both houses the same day with the same attorney in the same room of the Monaghan Real Estate Company. Things could not have gone any easier! ZillowVERIFIED Amy is a wonderful Real Estate Agent! She helped my husband and I to know what to do so that she could list our home. We listened carefully as she had a lot of knowledge on ways to decorate minimally but still be fully functional. We did everything that she told us within our power and budget to make our house presentable and look "inviting". We only had our house on the market for 18 days before we had it under full contract!! She did an amazing job keeping up with all the appointments and things to do next with selling our house. She is very knowlegable about the area as well as what to do to make things happen the way you want. She is very honest and respectful! We looked at LOTS of different houses and land until we finally found the right one. She was always making time to fit us in to see the houses whenever we were available. She helped to give us her "feeling" about the house as well. Making us feel like she cared about us and what we were buying instead of letting us make a hasty decision that would not be quite what we were looking for.
