ZillowVERIFIED Amy went consistently above and beyond for us. She never lost hope when it took us over 2 years to find our new home. We have worked with Amy to sell 3 homes and buy 2! She always makes time for us and values us.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was fantastic to work with. She was readily available to answer any questions and she kept in communication about every step of the way. There was one realtor who wasnt able to attend with their client and Amy made herself available so they could make a return visit with a family member to get a second opinion. Amy gave great advice and was very reliable. This helped keep me calm throughout the process (which I dont really enjoy.)

ZillowVERIFIED The professional attention to detail and always responsive nature that Amy provides is unmatched. Working in the insurance industry, I?ve dealt with 100?s realtors over the years for mutual customer closings. The difference is always clear between the best and average when you?ve had time to encounter many. Amy is truly one of the absolute best and that is why she is who I contact for properties I?m personally buying or selling. I cannot recommend Amy enough for those who are looking!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is no short of amazing! She is honest, reliable, dedicated, hard working and a true professional. She worked with us to both sell our home in a crazy market, and buy a new home in an even crazier one! On selling our home, she worked with us to set up a schedule and marketing plan that worked for all of us. We literally had showing requests within minutes of listing our home! After 3 days on the market, we had over 15 offers on the table. She took the time to review them with us, provide us with an organized spreadsheet, communicated with all of the agents, all while staying in communication with us. We were able to secure and finalize a contract significantly over asking price! She made what couldve been a very difficult situation, with a very difficult buyer, a very easy one for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that is there for you 110%!

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic experience having Amy help us find our (hopefully) forever home. She was very knowledgeable about the local area and went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable with our ultimate purchase. Given our busy schedules, we also appreciated that Amy was always very proactive in helping us take care of all the details along the way that pop up. Would recommend 100% to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend Amy enough. As a first-time homebuyer, you are literally diving head-first into the unknown and Amy was the best real estate agent to have been randomly matched up with. She was patient, kind, caring, and SUPER knowledgable. She took our problems as her own and not only solved them, but found innovative ways to do it quickly. When looking for a real estate agent, you're looking for someone along the lines of a project manager and SME (Subject Matter Expert) - with Amy, you get both. We are in love with our new home and could not have been accomplished without Amy's persistence, knowledge, care, and hardworking.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was amazing to work with during an extremely difficult market to buy a house! She was always just a text or a call away with any questions we had and was super accommodating with our schedule for house showings. After losing out on several houses, we started getting down about our hopes of actually finding a house and Amy remained upbeat and encouraging until we found our perfect house! Amy was wonderful to work with and we couldnt have asked for anything more from her! Highly recommend! ??

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is the most professional realtor we have ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond to make sure a deal will go through. She takes the stress out of the process for the buyer and/or seller. We could not be happier with her and continue to use her for all our buying and selling as we continue our home renovating business.

ZillowVERIFIED We asked Amy to list one of our investment properties. What had started as a simple transaction turned into the sale of two properties and the purchase of another - Amy was with us every step of the way - actually, two steps ahead! She understood where we were with our properties, and more importantly, helped us to figure out how to get where we wanted to be. We always figured wed have a vacation rental when we retired, Amy helped us make it happen 15 years sooner! We couldnt be happier - best move weve ever made! Our situation was complicated - Amy guided us, helped us find the answers we needed, and suggested quality professionals to assist us. She was always responsive, really heard what we were saying, always gave us the REAL answer (not what we wanted to hear), and understood the neighborhoods we were selling/buying in - she was truly invested in doing the right thing for us. We wouldnt make a deal without her.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a professional landlord who previously obtained my own tenants. Some worked out and others haven't. Once I started using Ms. Weltner, the quality of tenant increased exponentially as did my average monthly rents. I don't know why I waited so long to use a professional realtor. Amy's professionalism, attention to detail and constant follow-up has made rental unit turnover a breeze. I will certainly be using Ms. Weltner again!
