Review Amy helped us find and purchase "our" ideal home, and again later she helped us to sell my parents house. Amy is patient, flexible, responsive and understanding (we looked at A LOT of houses!) and she is supportive and collaborative throughout the process, and we gained clarity and focus on the where and what we absolutely wanted. Amy also provided expert guidance and support with any questions I had as they came up. It was a lengthy process, but Amy never tired, and worked non-stop for us! I am forever grateful!

She went to great lengths by setting us up with many appointments to view homes (and viewing them with us each time) prior to finding the home we decided to move forward with purchasing. We met Amy about a year ago and at our initial meet up, we knew from then that we wanted to keep her as our agent. First impression of her was that she was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Amy is very patient and honest. She listens and is not your average pushy sales person. Any time we had questions, she was just a text or call away and when we wanted to look at houses she was there. She matched our energy and enthusiasm, always was in constant communication and providing updates (even if there were none to give) and at no point did we ever feel like she wasnt advocating or pushing for things to get done. Review My home purchase with Amy as the realtor agent was seamless and smooth as any person could ever imagine. I knew home purchase will be the most stressful and expensive thing to buy especially it being my first home and also an investment property. I am an informed person but I usually wonder whether things I read are biased or junk. Ive already worked with 3 other realtor agents and although they were great, I had gridlocks in continuing deals, making deals falling out. I was referred by my mortgage officer to Amy in the morning, I called Amy that very day to leave a voicemail, before the end of the day, Amy moved swiftly and placed my bid. She developed a working relationship with the buyer's realtor overnight and presented me as the best buyer. Amy really knew what she was doing and she already has a working relationship with the loan officer was definitely a plus. Amy responded promptly to all my questions including weekends/nights phonecalls, texts, and email. After my purchase, Amy still shared info with me on how to manage the property. I'm so grateful I stumbled into Amy and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with her in the near future again.
