He is always available, and has lots of good insight about the various neighborhoods and housing in general. One of the biggest assets he brings to the table is his large network of vetted contractors who are able to quickly provide quotes that help in inspection negotiations. After you do buy a home, this vendor network provides peace of mind for getting any required work done. On top of that, his brokerage provides some nice perks. While we were home shopping we were given tickets to a movie premier along with other clients from his brokerage, and after we closed on the house he gave us a really nice personalized cutting board.

He is very responsive, very flexible about working around your schedule, and very proactive regarding sending listings and providing info on listings. He also seems super knowledgeable about the area. A couple things I've really appreciated is that I'm a first time home buyer so he's been very patient through all my basic questions and he takes extra time to describe the home buying process and next steps. He has been super honest and not very pushy in terms of when we look at houses. For example when we've been looking he points out problems and things to remember as I say I like or dislike things. Then he's done a good job directing our search as he's learned what features we liked in a house. Ronaldo guided me to getting my first home, and the first one I decided to put an offer toward. He is a great negotiator getting most of the concessions and features we wanted. Overall no complaints about him Iand its been a good experience to work with him.
