Initially, Amy helped us navigate the process of turning our townhome into a long-term rental. After several inquiries, she found the absolute best tenants for us. We were especially grateful as first-time landlords. When we decided that we needed to sell, Amy assisted us with the sale of the same property. She presented us with several comparables and a detailed analysis of the local markets behavior to help us come up with a reasonable price. While the townhome wasnt on the market that long, (just a month on the market before it went under contract!), Amy provided weekly reports on showings and real estate marketplace data. The townhome was sold in a flash, just barely under our asking price and possibly the highest, recent sale price in the complex. As I mentioned earlier, Amy is a rockstar. My search was not an easy one, with several must-haves that made the search an unsuccessful one using two prior realtors who had the benefit of actually living within the search area. Well, it did turn out to be a challenging search, so much so that I do think that it surprised Amy! Throughout the entire process, however, I saw something.
