The seller was almost completely MIA and the seller's agent was barely responsive, but Amy was able to pull out what we need from them - even going as far as to call vendors (like the water testers) directly! During the search process, Amy was very punctual and incredibly responsive. As we sent her homes she would give us background information on them and during the showing, would investigate along side us as we looked for something that suited our needs. If I ever have the need to sell or buy again, I am 100% going to be leaning on Amy again!
