Any time we reached out to her for anything, no matter how insignificant it might have been, she was there promptly and politely. She really knows her stuff. ZillowVERIFIED Amy did not have our best interest in mind. She was however responsive via text and answered most procedural questions about the closing process. Her pressure to buy and not negotiate with sellers on credits was disheartening. Concerns were excused and not cared for. We were a smaller purchase price sale and felt that way the entire time. Some of her guidance was misleading causing extra closing cost expenses. She was not present on our closing day and the days leading up to closing were challenging with the lack of support. We do not feel like she actually cared about us and building a relationship for future sales. Over all it was fine and we made it to closing.

She made sure that we didnt settle for anything less, but was gracious and heartfelt when advising us to not put in offers for houses that werent worth it. It can be difficult as is being first-time home buyers (not including the current state of the market) but having Amy guide us with the process made it a much more pleasant experience. As former renters, we didnt know much about the workings of a house (ie- furnace, AC, etc) but she educated and impressed us with her expansive knowledge of all things home and is practically a built-in inspector too! (but I can practically hear her saying to PLEASE still get one haha.)
