ZillowVERIFIED It took over a year to sell my Chelaque lakefront lot, but in all fairness I believe that it took that much time for the market to come back and buyers to come back into play. I really like Amy's automated reporting process whereby she gathers a report on property views and showings every month. The monthly reporting keeps you in touch with how things are going. When we finally had serious buyers interested, she was all over it. I'm sure that she helped raise their interest, then worked the negotiations professionally and quickly working well into the evening a couple of nights.
