ZillowVERIFIED Well - it is hard to put completely into words all that Amy Sharrow has done for us. Amy sold our house, helped us find our new dream home, and when our moving company cancelled on us without notice, she (and a team of helpers she was able to put together on the fly), actually moved our household (which you should NOT expect from any realtor!)! She is tireless, attentive, patient, and so very helpful. When our house sold, she set us up with local, and reputable workers we might need to do small repairs (or big ones) and she went beyond that by even meeting some of the workers when we couldn't be home. She gave us valuable information for our decision making on which new house would best suit us, and acted as liaison officer between us, escrow, repairmen, even our SLOW loan officer, or any other services we needed. I can't speak highly enough of Amy. She goes beyond a realtor, and after two years of working with her (because it just took us THAT long to decide what house we wanted to move into) she more than a realtor, she is our friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Gary and Amy went on a 3 year journey to find a second home in Lake Arrowhead. We made 4 offers which all fell through, but Amy never gave up on us. Amy kept in constant contact with us and was always available when we wanted to come up and look at homes. Amy has the patience of a saint, because we were all over the map trying to decide on a price, location, size of home, amenities, etc. Amy was able to handle the process over the internet which was perfect since we live 2 1/2 hours away. We made an offer on a house we lost out on previously, but Amy was able to get the house with the price we offered which was below listing. Amy handled everything for us all the way down to having the garage remote reprogramed. Gary and Amy are not only wonderful realtors but great people. Amy identified 5-6 properties for each of the 3-4 visits we made to the mountains to locate a home of our choice. This included Twin Peaks (Strawberry Flats); Arrowhead; Crestline; and Running Springs. We made an offer on a Lake Arrowhead home but the deal went sideways and even though we lost 4 days on this Amy was able to quickly locate properties we liked in the Lake Gregory area. ZillowVERIFIED Gary spent several hours driving us around the mountains and letting us look at properties that met our requirements. When we were ready to make an offer, Gary advised us as to how much to offer. When the sellers accepted, Amy called us right away. There was very little negotiation in this transaction; the sellers were very accommodating, and we closed right on schedule on a 6-week escrow. During escrow, we visited the house at least three times for various reasons, and either Gary or Amy or both were right there for us. Gary also recommended several service providers for us: insurance agent, inspector, handyman, etc., all of whom turned out great! A very pleasant experience all the way around.
