Rob is truly outstanding! Buying a house can be quite a forbidding task with lots of curve balls thrown your way during the process. Rob was always ahead of the problems and made the process ultimately enjoyable to go through. Traci Pate is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Ive been involved in a handful of real estate transactions, and no other realtor has ever been so responsive and willing to go the extra mile as Traci. Our latest purchase was done long distance and during a tough market for buyers. It was important to view homes as soon as they hit the market. Traci worked with our travel schedule and met with us after hours. She helped us find a new lender when ours was taking too long to get things done. She is down-to-earth and easy going, but professional and on top of things and very quick to respond to questions. Since moving to middle Georgia Ive found that business professionals treat schedules and appointments as if they are just suggestions, and they seem to operate at their own pace. This is NOT Traci!!!
