ZillowVERIFIEDAmy Schiller deserves the top rankings and reputation she has earned. She is incredibly professional, gave us valuable information as how to best show our home for the greatest effect. She has access to workmen that are necessary to prepare a home for sale: painters, movers, landscapers, cleaners, photographers, design artists. In addition, she is regarded by other realtors for her knowledge and straight talk. She also recommended an excellent real estate attorney. She is the head of The Schiller Team which is ranked #12 in the Chicagoland area for real estate teams. We were thrilled with her attentiveness and expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Amy to purchase our first home in Elmhurst. Her extensive market expertise and years of experience made the process seamless and efficient. Amy promptly arranged a viewing for the house we were interested in, and we were under contract the same day. Her skillful guidance through negotiations ensured we closed in 3 weeks (two days before our wedding) - a feat that wouldnt have been possible without her efforts. We highly recommend Amy to anyone buying or selling in Elmhurst!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy contacted us after a builder recommended her to us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive with no pressure. She grew up in the area so she was extremely helpful on the different neighborhoods, retail and resources. She listened to what we wanted in a home even when it changed several times. What my husband and I both liked best about working with Amy was her honest opinion without judgement.

ZillowVERIFIED All these above criteria describe exactly to the point how our experience about selling our house was with Amy Schiller. Her experience of the local market and strong professionalism are the basis of her expertise. The first contact we had with Amy gave us the certitude that she was the right real estate agent to handle the selling of our house. Each step of the process was really professional and each question we had were answered with great responsiveness. We will always remember how all of her advice were really accurate and straight to the point and therefore the delay of selling our house was certainly shortened because of her implication in every detail. If we buy or sell again in the future, we will turn to Amy Schiller for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Amy in Winter/Spring 2017 to purchase what we hope to be our forever home in Elmhurst. Not only did she help us fine tune and articulate what we were looking for, her extensive knowledge of the Elmhurst area (including builders) was an incredible asset--we quickly came to rely on her honest judgment to guide our search and help us find the perfect home! Amy was never pushy and incredibly observant about things we liked and/or didn't like (from layout to cabinet handles!). In addition, she consistently raised helpful points for consideration that became invaluable as we narrowed down our options. As relatively inexperience buyers, she was particularly helpful during the negotiations to point out additional areas for negotiation beyond offer price. We would without a doubt recommend Amy and the entire Schiller team!
