ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is just simply exceptional. She knows the market very well and cares about her clients. She is very honest which made me easily put my trust in her. Easy to communicate with and readily available. (Very important to me since I work night shift) She did a fabulous job at negotiating on my behalf and standing firm on my needs and wants which ultimately led to us closing on my dream home at a fair price. She is an expert at what she does and I am so grateful I had her by my side to walk me through the whole process, especially as a first time home buyer. If your buying or selling in Rockland county you want Amy on your side!

ZillowVERIFIED The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agent. Amy was always available to answer our questions and to show us the houses any time we asked for. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. Highly recommend. Thank you, Amy!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy guided us through the sale of our house at the height of the pandemic. She brought a wealth of knowledge and advised us on improvements within our budget and a listing price in line with the market. We went from listing to closing in 2 months with 4 offers to choose from. But I don't know how we would have gotten through this stressful time without Amy. She was never more than a phone call or text away.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Amy a few years ago when buying our first home so when it was time for us to sell and buy recently, there was no question that we would be working with Amy again. From the time she listed our home until the time we closed on our new home, Amy was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive to all of our needs and questions, answering calls and texts at any time of day. Amy always got us in right away to see homes we were interested in and always helped us see the pros and cons of each home in a very professional and unbiased manner. Amy's knowledge allowed us to beat out 16 other offers on the home we bought and when we were ready to close and things started to slow down, Amy communicated with the seller's agent and our attorney to ensure the process would go smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Amy to anyone, whether looking to buy or sell a home, or both. She is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and will see you through the process start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was incredibly helpful to my fiance and I in our search for a house in Rockland County. As a lifelong resident of Rockland and an active Real Estate professional, her knowledge of the areas that worked without our specific needs was excellent. Amy did not waste our time looking at inappropriate properties, every property visit was worthwhile and if not the right house for us, was educational to the entire process. Ultimately when dealing with a tough seller situation (a couple going through a divorce) Amy helped us navigate the situation and win our new home for the right price. I highly recommend Amy to anyone seeking a seasoned & thorough real estate pro who has the sensitivity to meet the demands of most discerning clients.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I would highly recommend Amy as a realtor! Originally we found a property that we were interested in when we were just browsing for our first home, and we reached out to that realtor but after several days, he never got back to us. We tried everything but ultimately went through a generic inquiry form for a realtor to contact us. Luckily it was Amy who reached out to us! We told her that we never heard from this realtor even when we reached out multiple times, and she promised us that she'd always be there for us. I immediately found her to be trusting and a genuine individual, and very glad that we stayed with her!Throughout the house hunting process, Amy (and her wonderful husband, Andrew, who is also a really wonderful and very knowledgeable realtor) helped us with just about everything and shared their insight with us along the way. We lived in Manhattan at the time and was looking for our first home in Rockland County, so we would just send Amy the properties we'd like to see during the week and she'd set up the appointments for us one day over the weekend. We were so at ease because everything worked out seamlessly. We finally found the home of our dreams only after a couple of house hunting visits and Amy suggested a mortgage firm along with a real estate lawyer that we should use. We are SO grateful for her suggestions because I felt like we were working with the dream team! Everything was all said and done and we closed on the house all within less than 60 days. Amy was there throughout the whole process and as first-time home buyers, you can only imagine how many questions we had. She was also there with us during our final walk through and she found a couple of things under the sellers' responsibility that we probably would never have pointed out!Again, Amy is truly amazing and we definitely recommend her over and over again. We now live in our dream home all because of her!

She delivers what she promises and that I can greatly appreciate especially in the business that she is in.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy entered our lives this past Spring as we finally had the means to seriously consider a home purchase. We looked at a couple of homes that needed work and made a few offers and every step of the way Amy had our best interest in mind. She was a fighter for us from the start and was available at all hours of the day. We finally found a wonderful home that we instantly fell in love with and began the mortgage process. A difficult process indeed but Amy was constantly working for us, encouraging the mortgage company to expedite processes and to treat us with the same respect that we had come to expect from her. At last we closed on and moved into this loving home and could not have asked for a more caring and dedicated agent to hold our hand along the way. We'll never forget you and your hard work Amy and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Richie and Terry Halpin
