Amy pays great attention to detail and made sure all issues were addressed and taken care of with our best interests in mind. She is friendly, organized, knowledgeable and extremely energetic and hard working. The only thing we needed to worry about in the entire selling process were required signatures for closing documents. A five star rating is not high enough.

Originally, I met Amy when looking to rent because I truly didn?t think I could possibly buy my own home as a single mom of three young kids. She got me in contact with a lender and next thing I know I was approved! Amy took my ?must haves? and found the absolutely most perfect location, sized home and steal of a deal after being posted onto the market for o ky an hr! ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house is a big process for anyone, especially a first time single buyer. Amy made this process fun and insightful. She listens to your checklist and finds the best options! When presenting the houses, she knows what she is talking about, and doesn?t just rattle off the specs from the listing sheet. Amy?s knowledge of how homes are built, the Minot area, and how to renovate a space quickly made me see which home was the best investment for me. Many of my viewings had to be done around my work schedule. Amys flexibility made it possible to see listings I was interested in a timely manner. The communication was seamless, if anything I forgot to sign some documents in emails, Amy would reach out via text as a reminder. The day-of signing for closing documents was a big deal, her calm demeanor was very needed and appreciated. I couldn?t have done this, as well; without her! Thank you, Amy!
