Amy has to be the best realtor we have dealt with! She is very personable, responsive, and highly knowledgeable about the Myrtle Beach area. She cares about her clients and is also honest about the downsides of certain properties. (For instance, Amy informed us that an oceanfront condo complex was having ongoing litigation that could potentially raise HOA fees. We would not have known otherwise!) I highly recommend her and would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
