I especially liked how responsive she is with her client, and how on top of it she was when I wanted to see a listing! I would text Monday at 4:30PM that I saw a property I'd like to look at, and the next day right after work, we'd look at it. Amy played a great part in finding what I wanted and needed! ZillowVERIFIED We met Amy a few years ago when we were looking to buy and sell a home. She is very personable and seemed flexible and hungry. When we were going to buy a larger home I reached out to her and she was excellent. Very honest and just a great person. Once we found out we were relocating out of the area and just needed to sell the home she got pretty awful to deal with. She had little interest in our home. We accepted an offer right away but after spoke to other realtors that would of done it different since our home had a lot of interest. I feel she should of guided us better. She is never pro active we had to do the majority of the work and we had to constantly ve stressed due to everything that was going on. She just was Checked out yet we had to suck it up because we signed a contract with her. The attorney was also horrible that she recommended. Thankful we have left the area but all our friends and family know what an awful job Amy did and will not be using her for their future needs. Our home took over 4 months to close and it had a close date of 3 months before that to close. The whole process was a complete nightmare and Amy was not helpful or useful at all. I understand problems arise but the fact she was never contacting people until we hounded her was not ok. Our realtor now is amazing and exactly how one should be.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was very professional yet down to earth. She has a determined attitude with what she does. When it came to the asking price, she gave me her viewpoints but did not push. When it came to dealing with the potential buyers agent, she worked diligently to get quick responses, contacting them daily if necessary. She is also very quick in responding to your emails and phone calls. Even if you ask a ton of questions like I did. If you want an Agent who has a "go get 'em" attitude but listens and is very receptive to what your goals are, I highly recommend Amy.
