Working with Le exceeded all of our expectations, from day one of our first meeting she was nothing but enthusiastic and ready to get to work. We were so pleased with how she marketed the home so well and had excellent photographs taken to really showcase all of the home features. She is an excellent negotiator and I really felt like she had our best interest in mind. She was always quick to return phone calls and handle any problems that arose. The house sold sooner than expected, with it only being on the market for maybe 2 weeks. My only regret is that we did not contact her sooner. Would recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome realtor.

She had numerous houses lined up and made sure we saw all inventory making sure my time was used efficiently. The next weekend she lined up numerous houses for showings. We found our house! She immediately introduced us to a great lender* It is a different experience buying a home sight unseen from out of state, we felt like she did what was best for us. She was happy to help us find the perfect home! We look forward to watching our little family grow up and play in our beautiful yard and will enjoy how close it is to the beach. There was good communication throughout the process, and her guidance about working with loan officer and contingencies/due diligence was helpful too.
