When I was ready to purchase my first home after my divorce she was the first and only person I called. I told her what I wanted and she produced. She got me in touch with a lending agent who walked me through each step. From start to finish the entire process only took about a month. Getting the financing, looking at homes, making an offer, and closing. I stayed in my place for 3 years. When I made the decision to sell, she was the only person I trusted to get the job done. ZillowVERIFIED Amy is a blessing! I received notification that I needed to move across the country for work in a very short period of time (3weeks). This was a stressful time for me because I also had vacation planned and paid for, but Amy met with my partner and I, provided us with the information we needed for our home selling decision, made suggestions and boy was she right! Originally I was asking too much but she was kinda and also transparent. She broke things down into terms that were easy to understand and still helped us get more for our home than we expected. To add, she sold our home within a matter of days and called me while I was on vacation to give me the good news. AND, as if that wasnt enough, I was stressed now to find a home across the country and she networked to find me a realtor here in WA. Ill tell you she must have some major skills and a fantastic reputation because the agent we worked here was just as wonderful! She gave a thorough overview of the sale process and had a spot-on recommendation for sale price that I was happy with. I received an acceptable offer IN 1 WEEK! From the beginning, I was very impressed by how knowledgeable Amy is of the housing market. The neighborhood that my house is located in contains many variations in series, style, and size of homes, making it difficult for the average person to determine an acceptable sale price. At first, it seemed to me that the sale price that Amy recommended was a bit too high as I was comparing it to the prices of homes nearby. However, Amy helped me to understand that the houses that I was comparing to were in no way comparable to my house, and she took the time to clearly explain why. I am so glad that I placed complete trust in her because, in the end, I received the full asking price for my house! Furthermore, the houses in my neighborhood that were listed around the same time frame as my house - which were, in fact, comparable to my house - are still on the market to date, several months after I listed my home with Amy. I plan to work with Amy again when I purchase my next home and will be recommending her to all of my friends and family!

We went to Amy with one simple request. Make our buying experience as stressless as possible. She was successful at gauging us and helping us come to a decision that building was our best option. We found out we were pregnant at the beginning of the build and had the baby right before moving in. It seemed like we only needed to worry about the baby, because Amy did everything allowed to ensure us a stress free build. ZillowVERIFIED Sadly, we chose Amy to help us sell our house bc of her previous experience with solar panels, however having her did not help us sell our home any faster. After 4 months of having our house on the market she decided to look at our Zillow profile and said she "made some updates" to increase our listing. Why that wasn't done after month 1 is beyond me. I feel like she mislead us in several ways and she was NOT looking out for OUR best interest, only her getting commission for both sides. What a fool we were. :( If this is NOT posted I will make sure to note that you filter out bad reviews.
