In fact, the process was so easy compared to some of the horror stories I had been previously told by friends/coworkers! She was there every step of the way, and was extremely patient with my decisions, always looking out for my best interest. I am an extremely picky person, and previous to Amy, I had used about 2-3 different realtors during my home search. These previous realtors got tired of me when I wouldn't put an offer in for something after seeing 1-2 homes. Amy was extremely patient and understood that a home is a massive investment and that it had to be the right one. She stuck by me and never wavered. When the right house did come on the market, she was there, guiding me through the proper steps. She successfully negotiated with the other realtor to get my full offer accepted in an area known for bidding wars and homes selling for more than they were listed for. She made everything so easy that I completely enjoyed the home buying experience and I honestly would recommend her to everyone I know. She is down to Earth, tells it like it really is, and looks out for your best interest, NOT how much money she can make. She is one of the few ethical and honest realtors out there, and I would highly suggest you use her! I know I certainly will should I ever move again :)

ZillowVERIFIED This woman works non-stop around the clock. You can call her any time of day and if she doesn't pick up, then she's on the phone with you within an hour or so. Her knowledge of how houses are priced versus how they should be priced was spot on and very refreshing. Amy was there for everything as well, home inspection, septic inspection, final walkthrough, and the closing! The entire process would have been much more stressful had she not helped out so much, and having her in our corner out my wife's and my mind at ease because she doesn't play games. We will be strongly recommending Amy to everyone we know who's buying a house.

She made the process of purchasing a home easy, found me the perfect home, and made sure I had access to all persons required to complete the process! I began this process with my perfect home in mind. Unfortunately, the house was in pending status by the time I began the search process. When the other buyer retracted their offer; Amy made sure I booked a showing almost immediately. She communicated with me and the selling agent in proceeding with the closing, and made sure all decisions were made in my best interest. She was very responsive to my needs, and always responded to any inquires within a 24 hour period, if not within the hour. She does not shy away from giving direct explanations or advice. ZillowVERIFIED As first time buyers, Amy was wonderful at walking us through every step of the process from the consultation to the closing. We were nervous at many points, but she put our mind at ease and took a lot of the stress out of our home buying journey. It was clear she had our best interest in mind the whole time. We put in an offer on a starter home we loved within the first week, bu when the buyers wanted more than she thought it was worth, she told us the truth instead of getting an easy commission. We are so glad we took her expert advice and held out. After showing us just a few houses, she was able to figure out our tastes. After a week or two of disappointing listings, she told us she thought she might have found our house. She had viewed a house that wasn't even on the market yet and was able to get us in right away. She negotiated the price down for us and we were in contract by early the next week. She helped us to set up the inspection quickly and was there with us with suggestions and reassurance. And despite going through surgery on her arm during the middle of our process, she was extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with the whole time. Now that we are moved in, we cannot thank Amy enough for helping us find our first home! We would highly recommend her to anyone!
