ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is a fabulous realtor. She is patient and helped us find our dream home! We had to navigate several hurdles with the homeowners and she was professional and helpful with that as well. Amy also helped us sell our home and navigate multiple offers and waiting just the right amount of time to get the best price for our home. Shes the best!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy Millikin is an amazing realtor and a great person! This was my first time selling a home and only the second time buying one - after 25+ years. Amy was truly there every step of the way. She was sincerely interested in our family's needs and wants, and completely invested and engaged in this process with us. She was there for every question and concern, and she was as happy as we were when things fell into place. To us, Amy is not just a realtor - she's a real friend!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was a blessing and a true joy to work with. Her knowledge is endless. Her smile and cheer were also endless. She was in front of us on point and right beside us every step of the way. I truly could never say enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDI wish I could give 6 stars for responsiveness because Amy went above and beyond. I never had to wait if I had a question and I felt confident she gave me any information as soon as she got it. Couldn't have asked for anything more in a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy patiently assisted our family as we searched for the perfect house. She made the house buying process easy and fun. If we ever need to sell our house or look for another house, we will definitely use Amy again as our realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe would definitely recommend Amy Millikin too anyone who needs a realtor. Amy is all about serving her client. She keeps in touch with us and is constantly looking out for new properties, etc. If there is anything she doesn't know or is not real familiar with (we ask alot of questions) she finds out and we hear from her within a day. She goes the extra mile and she is great at negotiating. We bought our current house from her and she is helping us look for some property to buy and rent. We are very pleased and confident in the service Amy provides.
ZillowVERIFIEDThrough the ongoing process of selling our home, Amy has been helpful, knowledgable, and very professional. She always responds timely and courteously with any questions. I would highly recommend working with Amy to buy/sell a home.
